Our newest IPA at The Station is truly enchanting. We sourced traditional floor malted barley from the UK for a rich malty backbone and a beautiful golden color. During the brewing process we added Virginia honey for some extra depth and character that intertwines perfectly with the floral and herbal notes of two classic English hop varieties. After primary fermentation we dry hopped the beer allowing the London Fog ale yeast to give rise to more fruity and citrus notes in the aroma making this IPA incredibly delicious and simply magical.
A sip of this will be sure to transport you into a state of pure bliss.
