For two years the Station has been bringing the best in local and regional stand up comedians to E. Washington Street

HOST: Big Robert Taylor:
Big Robert Taylor is a former public school Assistant Principal who, upon retirement, jumped head first into the stand up
comedy scene! In just a few short years he has won several “Clash of the Comics” comedy contests at the Va Beach Funny Bone and has been a regular weekend host at Cozzy’s Comedy Club in Newport News. He will kick off this show and set the tone early with his smart ass delivery!
HOST: Big Robert Taylor:
Big Robert Taylor is a former public school Assistant Principal who, upon retirement, jumped head first into the stand up

Hector Castro is a comic originally from southern Virginia and at an early age he swore he was going to move to an area where there WASN’T a Waffle House on every corner. Now that he lives in DC he wishes he lived closer to one. When he is not lamenting that he doesn’t have regular access to hashbrowns scattered, covered and smothered, you can find him onstage at some of the best comedy stages in DC and VA!

Having been a regular performer at the Push Comedy Theater in Norfolk for the last 5 years, Vanessa knows comedy. Though she is new to stand up comedy she uses her vast experience as a sketch and improv performer to influence her stand up comedy in a relatable way. She has performed at Cozzy’s in Newport News and Gutbusters Comedy Club in the Outer Banks. Come see this funny quirky comic sling some silliness in Suffolk!
Having been a regular performer at the Push Comedy Theater in Norfolk for the last 5 years, Vanessa knows comedy. Though she is new to stand up comedy she uses her vast experience as a sketch and improv performer to influence her stand up comedy in a relatable way. With years of stage acting experience at the Little Theater of Norfolk and the Zeiders Dream Theater in Va Beach, Nathaniel brings a naturalness to being onstage. While new to the stand up scene, his experience as an actor in a theater or in commercials gives him an advantage that other newer comics lack. His comedy is a combination of observational humor mixed with silliness and storytelling.

Onstage he is truthful, funny and always finds the time to make fun of himself because he has seen it all.
