Nansemond Brewing Station is proud to present another professional stand up comedy show featuring three top-notch touring comics!
For more than two years Nansemond Brewing Station has been supporting the awesome stand up comedy scene in the 757.
And we got another banging lineup!

Come giggle, drink some brews and settle in with a night of laughter on Saturday November 4th at 8 PM.
This show will feature each comic doing 30 minutes sets.

* Kicking off the show is JOHN GILBREATH…..

A product of southwest Georgia trailer parks, John Gilbreath has a style that is like an incorrectly wired washing machine stuck on a spin cycle. He is a favorite at the Virginia Beach Funny Bone where he has won the “Clash of the Comics” contest several times. He is loose onstage and always tosses in new sharp material that just came to him on the drive to the gig. He’s a retired Navy veteran who hopes to one day perform jokes for the troops overseas but for now he’ll keep producing and performing at stand up shows at various breweries throughout Virginia. His next brewery show is right in downtown Suffolk!

* In the middle slot is the very funny LIONEL HARRIS….

Based out of the 757, Lionel Harris is getting noticed on the stand up scene. His Dry Bar Comedy Special (“Rent A Friend”) is currently streaming to rave reviews. He has been featured on “Steve Harvey’s Stand Up Spotlight” and got some great attention at both the Baltimore Comedy Festival and the World Series of Comedy national showcase. Lionel is currently headlining at the Comedy Zone Comedy Clubs and most recently headlined a sold-out show at Cozzy’s Comedy Club in Newport News. His style is easy going onstage but the jokes are sharp as nails. Come check him out in Suffolk!

* Closing out the show is DAVID BECK….

David Beck is a diverse stand up comic whose style can go from observational to high energy to one liners to thought provoking social commentary to straight up silliness. He never leaves himself or his personal life out of his show. His material has been described both as “intelligent” and “just not right” ….(that is accurate!) He has been heard on Fox Sports Radio, the “Bob and Tom Show” and he has been seen as an actor on “The FBI Files” on the Discovery Channel. For decades David Beck has put in hundreds of thousands of miles driving to comedy clubs, bars, and theaters tightening his jokes down to the funny! Along the way this Richmond native has shared the stage with such comic greats as Kevin James, Larry The Cable Guy and DL Hughley. Come hang with him at The Station on Saturday Nov. 5th at 8pm!
