Nansemond Brewing Station is situated inside a nearly 4,700-square-foot historic building in Downtown Suffolk that dates back to 1914. The brewery features multiple unique brews, a tasting room with impressive 20-foot ceilings, a window to observe the brewing process, a private party/meeting space, outdoor seating, and beer garden.

Formerly Brick and Mortar Brewing, Nansemond Brewing Station was launched in 2019 by local investors to create distinctive beers with different hops and grains.

Located in a 4,700 square-foot building that dates back to 1915. Nansemond Brewing Station name takes in historical features that are prominent in the area – the old Nansemond County, the river and the Seaboard Station.

Nansemond now features an outdoor Beer Garden, Events, Run Club and More!

Beenut Butter Brown Ale

Nut Brown Ale
ABV: 7.0%

Loaded with peanut butter and locally harvested honey, this Nut Brown Ale is rich in flavor with a smooth body. It has a dark amber color and a creamy tan head. The smell and taste of candied peanuts fill your nose and palate as you enjoy the taste of Suffolk.

Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.3%

This glowing hazy IPA is bursting with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Incredibly smooth and flavorful from a combination of malted oats and wheat with the best quality hops lets this IPA shine bright against the rest.

Oh My Godwin (OMG) Hard Seltzer

Tangerine Hard Seltzer
ABV: 5.0%

A classic seltzer inspired by former Governor of Virginia and Suffolkian that left his mark on this area. It is flavored with the refreshing taste of tangerine.
